Start with a freshly wiped phone, put the kdz file where you think it should go, have the program ready to flash the phone, don't attach the phone, but put it into emergency mode, then plug it into the computer (provided, of course, you have the proper drivers loaded) and see it that helps the flashing program do its job. In fact, it had seemingly excorcised all life (whether good or bad) from my phone except for emergency mode and the ever pleasing, undeniably enjoyable for endless hour of viewing pleasure, battery charging graphic (I think its going to get it up this time, lol, keep pushing bro). I was able to factory reset a few times, which further exacerbated the situation. I loaded the kdz in the first slot, then plugged the phone in (in emergency mode, without root, without a custom recovery, without any living software or firmware on the phone except for the charging software and what was left of the stock recovery/emergency mode). I like the speed of this ROM and i would like to keep it but if bugs such as these can't be fixed then i will simply revert to Soft-MOD. It works fine after that until the next random time this happens. When i unlock my phone sometimes the screen is all white and static, then the phone randomly reboots. Obviously i have root access and it works fine with apps such as titanium backup and RootExplorer.ģ. The JRummy app RootTools (which i have used to install fonts, boot animations) cannot execute any commands and it says this COULD be due to a lack of root access. This previously damaged entire music albums and cause them not to run.Ģ. Like the previous froyo it randomly dismounts my SD card, but not properly- as if i pulled it out (no the hard ware is fine, it works perfectly on 2.3). I partitioned it before i had a ROM different to stock, so that i could install apps to my SD via Link2SD.
